FAQ

When will my order ship?

Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 days, and currently ship via USPS Priority mail or FedEx. At the time of shipment, tracking info will be emailed to you. Delivery time within the US is generally 3-7 days. (I am located in Midwest, USA) I regret that I'm unable to offer shipping outside of the US at this time, due to significant delays with international shipping carriers.

How are payments processed?

My shop is hosted by Big Cartel. Credit card payments are securely processed through Stripe, via Big Cartel, so I do not personally ever see customer payment/credit card information or details. 

Are Care Instructions included?

Each item includes a printed tag with my shop name, contact info, and laundering instructions. A cotton twill fabric tag with my shop name is sewn into each home décor piece.

Do you take Custom Orders?

Due to personal time constraints, as well as the ever-increasing price of yarn, I am not able to take custom orders at this time. However, some longer table runners can be cut and hemmed to a shorter length if desired, and price will be adjusted accordingly. Just ask!
